Yeye Oge of okunland bags Aare YeyeOge of YORUBA Land home & diaspora


Yeye Omoleye Adebanji Aiyelabowo NEE Tolufase  was born on the 18th day of February, in early 80's to the family of Pa JD Tolufase of Kabba, the old province and now kogi state of Nigeria.  Her mother Mrs Felicia Tolufase (jp) is the daughter of the late Obaro of Kabba,  oba ologbonyo Arokoyo was enthrone April 1942 and died 1957.

Yeye Omoleye Adebanji Aiyelabowo grew up at Ilorin as she enroll into St. JOSEPH NUR/Primary School with first school leaving certificate in 1993, she proceeded to government day secondary school shao, Kwara state and came out with senior secondary certificate in year 2001. Why she was awaiting admission she contested Miss Kabba and won in the year 2002 before proceeding to the kogi state University Anyingba to bag BA(Hon)  Mass communication in the year 2007.

Her interest in cultural integration moved her to also contest for the highly highly reverned Miss okunland which she won in the year 2006 and she became an Ambassador for the good okun people.  Yeye Omoleye was posted to kogi state capital lokoja for her NYSC With confluence cable network (ccn) in which she served as a transmission Director, program producer, news director, presenter and teleprompter operator. It Is always said that the reward for Good is Good which was applicable in her life as she was retained by the company she served as youth Corp member.  With the Dream of her watch word ' She has not come to this World to make Riches but to make History' prompted her in the year 2014 to resign from the company and started her own media firm called Labacash media and events a subsidiary of Leyelowo Nigeria company having gathered knowledge from her internship with NTA Lokoja,  Eminent communication Ikeja Lagos and as an outlet supervisor with the Nigeria brewery at Akure,  ondo state.

Yeye Omoleye Adebanji Aiyelabowo doggedness for our cultural heritage led her to officially propounded the Aso ibile okun that is everywhere in the world today and as a sign of appreciation from the entire okun area traditional council for promoting our culture, unity and proudly associating with her origin (ile-ife) was conferred as the Yeye Oge of okunland in as well celebrated event and the unveiling of Aso ibile okun on the 28th Dec 2016 by the Olubunu of Bunu Land and acting chairman of okun traditional council HRH OBA J.  Adebayo Ikusemoro that has been on His throne for 57years.

Yeye Omoleye continued her Unification assignment with her first official visit to Ooni of ife,  Ooniresa,  Arole Odudua Oba Adeyeye Enitan Ogunwusi on the 17th may, 2017 and also participated in the year 2017 Olojo festival at ile-ife.

Her humanitarian services has attracted so much appreciation from home and abroad with her recent award by the National Association of kogi State students at federal University of technology Akure in conjunction with NANs for the National Leadership Award 2017 for promoting kogi state Art & culture,  empowerment of youth and students developmental projects and selfless services to humanity and the less privilege.  As if that is not enough as the Rader of the UNITED YORUBA KINGDOM OODUA located her and also conferred on the Yeye Oge of YORUBA Land (home & diaspora ) having followed her activities in trying to rally support for the YORUBA nation.

It is at this note that appreciation must go to the Arole OODUA, Ooniresa Oba Adeyeye Enitan Ogunwusi,  the Ooni of ife for his constant Support,  Late Bishop Ajayi Crowder,  the first Africa Bishop in the world and the great YORUBA hero Sheik Adul Raheem Aduanigba, The first Africa Muslim leader,  The chief lmam YORUBA land in Nigeria..
